If you really want to simplify the discussion and shorten the list, the OP should be entitled, "What some priests understand about sex."

Sex is fun. Pleasure is good. The only time sex and other pleasures should be questioned, taxed or prohibited is when they inflict externalities on other folks.
Some of the greatest externality costs are inflicted on others by marriage and breeding, both of which shift costs to singles and breeders more than any activity I can think of.
Private sex, in whatever position with whatever person, animal or thing, only causes externalities when protection and contraception not used.
