Bruce Ackerman has an essay in Foreign Policy, “Parliament to the Rescue,” in which he claims, among other things, that “Egypt’s military has begun to commandeer its revolution.” Tom Ginsburg posted the piece with permission at the Comparative Constitutions blog as well. I left some comments there in response, Professor Ackerman replied, and I’ve replied in turn.
Update: Jonathan Wright detects some positive post-revolutionary developments here. An overdue satirical takedown of Thomas Friedman’s pompous prevarications by Sarah Carr here.
