Analogy & Metaphor: A Select Bibliography and Introduction

At the Ratio Juris blog, I’ve made available a select bibliography for “analogy and metaphor.” The post (Part 1) also provides an introduction to analogy in general and analogical reasoning in the law in particular. A subsequent post (Part 2) will treat, again in an introductory manner, the subject of metaphor.
